Contents Analysis #2

For this contents analysis I am looking at MOJO magazine. The font used is pretty much consistent throughout the whole magazine, making it appear relaxed and readable. The use of colours is a very important aspect on the contents. For example, the colour gold has been used to outline the page numbers, the colour red has been used for sub headings and black for the most informative text. The images on the contents are placed down the left hand side of the page with the writing on the right as well as down the bottom. This layout effectively makes the page look more interesting but not confusing, taking into account the readers needs.
With the colour scheme being bright and the background white, it shows contrast and gives the magazine a professional look. In conclusion, this gives me a very good idea for my contents. Although I will probably do the opposite- by using the colour black for my background and contrast that with bright coloured text.
