Our first moodboard was created by taking photographs in a professional drama studio, infront of a plain white wall with staging, and props. The costumes worn by the band members were their own style and choice of clothing, but were chosen prior to the photo shoot. The pictures taken varied from group shots, individual shots, long shots, medium shots, medium close-ups, and close ups to get a good
variety of images to use on our website and album cover.
Our second moodboard was created by taking photographs against a single wall which was covered in green photographic paper- this time without the use of staging and props. Yet again the costumes worn by the band members were their own style of clothing and were chosen prior the shoot. We decided to again use a variety of shots similiar to the first shoot, in order to compare them and to see the effect of the band in different sets and locations- all in preparation for our promo music video.
Lovely! Thought about an alternative location for a photo shoot? Nice to have a couple to choose from - especially if you want authenticity without Photoshopping all your images....
